Disposable Vape Ban UK
Are disposable vapes banned in the UK?
Yes. Single-use disposable vapes were banned in the UK on 1 June 2025 under the Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) England Regulations 2024. At Absolute Vape we stock rechargeable and refillable alternatives — including the Hayati Pro Max Plus and Lost Mary BM6000 — that deliver the same experience without single-use waste.
UK Vape Tax 2026
What is the UK vape tax 2026?
From October 2026 a new vape excise duty of £2.20 per 10ml applies across all retailers. Buying shortfills and nic salt multi-packs now locks in today’s prices before the rise.
Age & Law
How old do you have to be to buy vapes in the UK?
You must be 18 or over. We operate age verification on all orders and do not sell to anyone under 18.
Are your products UK TPD compliant?
Yes. All products are TRPR/TPD compliant. Nic salts are sold in max 10ml bottles at max 20mg. We do not sell products that breach MHRA notification requirements.
Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Free UK delivery on all orders over £30. We deliver 7 days a week and orders before 3pm are dispatched same day.
Products & Nicotine
What nicotine strengths do your nic salts come in?
10mg and 20mg. 20mg is recommended for heavy smokers switching to vaping; 10mg suits lighter users.
What is a shortfill e-liquid?
A large-format e-liquid (50ml or 100ml) with space to add a nicotine shot. Add one 18mg nic shot to a 100ml shortfill for approximately 3mg nicotine.
What are the best rechargeable alternatives to disposable vapes?
Hayati Pro Max Plus (15,000 puffs, USB-C), Lost Mary BM6000 (6,000 puffs), and refillable pod kits like the Aspire BP60 or OXVA Xlim. All UK compliant, all in stock.
Pricing
Do you price match?
Yes. Find it cheaper at an authorised UK retailer and we’ll match the price.
