Questions about this product

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch Monday to Friday, and standard orders placed before 1pm usually leave us the same day. Tracked 48 delivery takes 2 to 4 working days, and you can choose next day delivery at checkout. UK orders of £35 or more get free tracked delivery.

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

20mg is the usual pick if you smoked regularly or used disposables. 10mg suits lighter users or anyone cutting down. Our nicotine strength guide goes into more detail.

Can I return it?

Yes, if it's unopened and unused, within 21 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened e-liquids unless they're faulty. Our returns page has the details.

Yes. We only sell to adults aged 18 and over, and we check age on every order.
