Batteries must:

  • Be charged correctly: The current and voltage used to charge the batteries must not be greater than is set out in the instructions. Batteries should not be charged in excessively cold or hot temperatures. Do not leave the battery in the charger for over 24 hours. Do not leave the battery unattended whilst charging. Never use a modified or damaged charge.
  • Use the correct discharge current: The discharging current shouldn't exceed the level set out in the instructions. If it does this may cause the battery to overheat.
  • Store the batteries at the right temperature: batteries should be stored at an ambient temperature in dry, well-ventilated conditions. You should avoid excessive hot or cold.
  • Keep your batteries in a case when not in use. Don't carry them around loose in bags or pockets: It's vitally important that batteries do not come into contact with any metal objects as this can lead to leakage, explosion or fire.
  • Not be used if they are damaged, abnormally hot, discoloured, deformed, if the wrapping is not intact or if any other abnormal conditions are detected. Dispose of the batteries if this occurs.
  • Not be allowed to come into contact with water or fire. Dispose of the batteries if this occurs.
  • Not be put in microwave ovens or in any high pressure container.
  • Not be used or assembled with other different makes, types or models of batteries.
  • Avoid excessive physical shock or vibration.

If liquid leaking from a battery gets in your eyes, don't rub your eyes, wash them with clean water and seek medical attention immediately. Ensure that the battery is disposed of immediately and that any liquid that has leaked from the battery is contained and removed as it may cause explosion or fire.
Each country has its own rules on the disposal of batteries. Please ensure that you dispose of the batteries in accordance with local regulations.

Absolute Vape Delivery Information

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 48 hours although we aim to ship the same day if you order before 1pm. After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Please email us if your order is urgent. Express Delivery orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Express Delivery and Courier Delivery orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays.

IMPORTANT: If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)

Shipping Terms

  1. When using Royal Mail (2nd Class post) service, we will not consider your order missing or late for 10 post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend one of the tracked services available during checkout.
  2. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.
  3. At certain times of year when the postal system is busier, orders may take a little longer to arrive and we ask that you wait an additional 3 post days (Mon-Fri), before contacting us.
  4. If you require urgent delivery, please use the express Delivery option when placing your order.
  5. Items sent by a tracked service such as APC express Delivery will require a signature on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.
  6. If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)
  7. All UK orders over £30 will qualify for free Courier Delivery service. FREE shipping is for UK orders only.

Returns Policy
In case you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging for refund or exchange.

Warranty Information
E-Liquids, Pods, Coils, Disposable kits and Tobacco Sticks are sealed items and are not covered by warranty unless their is a manufacturing fault. For any manufacturing fault all original packaging must be retained.
If you believe that you have a manufacturing fault please contact our customer service team within 7 days.
