Our VG/PG base mix — also known as e-liquid base or PG/VG diluent — is the unflavoured, nicotine-free foundation of any DIY vape juice. Pre-mixed to your chosen ratio, it's ready to combine with a flavour concentrate and, if you want nicotine, a nic shot.

Which Ratio Should I Choose?

  • 50/50 VG/PG — balanced throat hit and vapour, works in most pod kits and MTL devices
  • 70/30 VG/PG — higher VG for denser clouds, the most popular ratio for sub-ohm shortfills
  • 80/20 VG/PG — very high VG for maximum cloud production, best suited to high-powered sub-ohm setups

What is VG/PG base mix?
It's Vegetable Glycerine and Propylene Glycol pre-mixed to a set ratio, unflavoured and nicotine-free, used as the bulk of any DIY e-liquid batch alongside a flavour concentrate.

Does the ratio affect the price?
No — 50/50, 70/30 and 80/20 are all £12.99 per litre. VG and PG cost roughly the same, so the ratio you choose doesn't change the price.

Does this contain nicotine or flavouring?
No, this is a pure unflavoured, nicotine-free base. Add your own flavour concentrate and nic shots to build a complete e-liquid.

Can I use this with your DIY flavour concentrate?
Yes — mix this base with any of our flavour concentrates at roughly 80–85% base to 15–20% concentrate, then add nic shots if wanted.

Which ratio is best for my device?
50/50 suits most pod kits and MTL devices. 70/30 is the most popular choice for sub-ohm shortfills. 80/20 is for high-powered sub-ohm setups wanting maximum cloud production.

Absolute Vape Delivery Information

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 48 hours although we aim to ship the same day if you order before 1pm. After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Please email us if your order is urgent. Express Delivery orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Express Delivery and Courier Delivery orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays.

IMPORTANT: If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)

Shipping Terms

  1. When using Royal Mail (2nd Class post) service, we will not consider your order missing or late for 10 post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend one of the tracked services available during checkout.
  2. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.
  3. At certain times of year when the postal system is busier, orders may take a little longer to arrive and we ask that you wait an additional 3 post days (Mon-Fri), before contacting us.
  4. If you require urgent delivery, please use the express Delivery option when placing your order.
  5. Items sent by a tracked service such as APC express Delivery will require a signature on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.
  6. If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. (UK ONLY)
  7. All UK orders over £30 will qualify for free Courier Delivery service. FREE shipping is for UK orders only.

Returns Policy
In case you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging for refund or exchange.

Warranty Information
E-Liquids, Pods, Coils, Disposable kits and Tobacco Sticks are sealed items and are not covered by warranty unless their is a manufacturing fault. For any manufacturing fault all original packaging must be retained.
